Research On The Driving Factors Of The Sci-tech Innovation System Of Tourism Industry In Shanxi Province

The Sci-Tech innovation is increasingly becoming a key component of a country’s economic and social transformation,and it is also the case in the process of promoting the development of tourism industry.The Sci-Tech innovation not only enriches the innovative products and services in the development of tourism industry,but also speeds up the optimization and upgrading of the tourism industry structure.The Sci-Tech innovation of tourism industry constantly has the system feature and gradually constitutes the Sci-Tech innovation network system of tourism industry through the interaction with the innovation subjects.First of all,because of the particularity and vulnerability of the Sci-Tech innovation system in tourism industry,it determines that the dynamic factors of Sci-Tech innovation in tourism industry are complex and diverse.The innovation subjects in the Sci-Tech innovation in tourism industry has impelling power,and is an important force for its rapid development.In addition,the system of internal technology resources,external environment and other factors also affects the tourism industry’s Sci-Tech innovation.Therefore,based on the previous research on the Sci-Tech innovation of tourism industry,this thesis makes theoretical and practical exploration on the driving factors influencing the Sci-Tech innovation of tourism industry.The dynamic factors could be summarized as innovation subjects,innovation resources,scientific and technological support,tourist market and innovation environment.And we will analyze the influence of secondary indicators under the primary index.There are discrepancy between the different dynamic factors in force and form,which can constitute a complete Sci-Tech innovation power through the coordination and interaction among the factors,and it will jointly promote the development of the Sci-Tech innovation in tourism industry.Secondly,on the basis of current situation of the Sci-Tech innovation of tourism industry in Shanxi Province,this thesis selects the related tourism enterprises in Shanxi areas as research objects.Then by means of questionnaire survey,this thesis carries out the factor analysis to verify the innovation dynamic factors and establishes the structural equation model.Based on the empirical analysis of the factors that promote theSci-Tech innovation of tourism industry in Shanxi Province,the thesis concludes that the magnitude of the power is scientific and technological support,innovation subjects,innovation resources,tourism market and innovation environment.Finally,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures and policies on the development of the Sci-Tech innovation of tourism industry in Shanxi Province,namely: strengthening the formation of Sci-Tech innovation subjects in the tourism industry,enhancing the Sci-Tech innovation application of tourism industry,improving the Sci-Tech innovation environment of tourism industry,strengthening innovation talent support of the Sci-Tech innovation in tourism industry,and achieving the Sci-Tech innovation with the guiding of tourism market.
