With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge is a key resource for obtaining competitive advantage, become another essential factor of supply chain after the logistics, information flow and capital flow. In order to obtain sustainable competitiveness, most of the stock of companies in the supply chain transfer knowledge between each other based on their knowledge, using complementary strengths to create new knowledge, and thus enhance the overall level of knowledge of the enterprise and supply chain, Convert to actual productivity, improve customer value. Therefore, this paper make supply chain enterprise as research object, main research on activities of knowledge transfer, factors, transfer performance and the relationship between them.Firstly, on the basis of literature, knowledge transfer activities between supply chain companies are divided into three stages, that is knowledge acquisition, knowledge generation and knowledge feedback, and extract eight key factors affecting transfer performance, that is knowledge ambiguity, main motivation of the transfer, capacity gaps, organizational context, cooperation between different enterprises, transfer platform and system supports .Use transfer breadth, density, speed and degree to establish a four dimensional model on effectiveness of knowledge transfer between supply chain enterprises. Basing on that, select some factors to do Parametric analysis on transfer performance of this three stages based on quantifiable principles.Secondly, based on heoretical study, we propose an empirical research model and assumptions. This model make transfer performance of knowledge transfer performance between supply chain companies as the dependent variable, make knowledge transfer efficiency and four dimensions of effectiveness as the mediation variable, make eight key factors as independent variables, and using SPSS and AMOS software to do statistical analysis and structural equation modeling empirical research. The results show that: Effectiveness of knowledge transfer has a positive significant effect on transfer performance; transfer effectiveness, density, speed and degree have Intermediary role between interaction variables and the dependent variable; knowledge ambiguity has a negative impact on transfer performance; main motivation of the transfer has a negative impact on transfer performance; organizational context has a positive effect on transfer performance, cooperation between different enterprises has a positive effect on transfer performance , transfer platform has a positive effect on transfer performance, system supports has a positive effect on transfer performance, different industries don't have significantly affect on intermediate variables and dependent variable; corporate ownership and firm size has a some significant effect on intermediate variables and dependent variable. Finally, based on the empirical research findings, combined with the current practice of supply chain companies this paper propose to improve the incentive mechanism, establish networks knowledge market of supply chain , strengthen knowledge stockpile and feedback mechanism, and set up knowledge comity of supply chain in hope to have some guidance significance for knowledge transfer between supply chain enterprises.
