The advent of the era of knowledge economy has made the trend of global economic integration significant,which has brought many challenges to the development of enterprises.At the same time,in the tough market economy environment,the competition between enterprises and enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Only relying on the internal employees of the company to complete the positions within the company can not meet the long-term development needs of the enterprise,which forces each enterprise to carry out effective Internal management change.This is especially true for logistics companies.Because there are more and more logistics companies in China,the competition will become more and more intense.All logistics companies must gain the competitive advantage through the joint efforts of internal employees to improve overall performance.The performance of an enterprise is composed of the individual performance of the employee.In addition to testing the completion of their work,the assessment of employee performance also needs to consider the additional support and contribution they make to the company beyond their own work,and support and help from others,these are forms of relational performance.Therefore,relationship performance needs to be included in the assessment criteria.Relationship performance is an important part of overall performance,and the improvement of relationship performance helps to improve the overall performance of the organization.Therefore,relationship performance has become an important issue for many companies.This study takes M logistics Enterprise in Suqian City of Jiangsu Province as the research object.Based on the two social relationships among employees(consultation discussion relationship and emotional communication relationship),two social networks are constructed,namely,employee consultative discussion network and affective communication network.Firstly,using the social network analysis software UCINET,the network diagrams of these two social networks are drawn,and their degree centrality,betweenness degree and structural hole measure are calculated respectively,and the different characteristics of different social networks are analyzed.Then,the characteristics of the network characteristics of the two social networks(mainly the average path length L and the clustering coefficient C)are different from those of the random network,the rule network,the "small world" network,and the scale-free network.A comparison was made to discover more features of the social network of the study.Then,the structural equation model is used to explore the influence of social network structure characteristics on the two dimensions of relationship performance(interpersonal promotion and job dedication).The two social networks of the M Logistic employees have obvious "small world" phenomenon.In addition,these two social networks both have the characteristics of a random network.As far as the consultative discussion network is concerned,its degree of centrality does not have a significant impact on interpersonal promotion,but it has a positive impact on job dedication;its betweenness centrality and structural hole measurement indicators have significant influence for interpersonal promotion and job dedication.As far as the emotional communication network is concerned,the influence of its network structure characteristics on relationship performance is mainly reflected on the interpersonal promotion,and the degree centrality has a significant negative impact on job dedication,but the other two network characteristics have no significant contribution to job dedication,which suggests that too much affective interaction is helpful to promote interpersonal relationships,but it may have a negative impact on job.This research has certain theoretical and practical contributions.In theory,it explains the relationship between employees' social network structure and employee personal relationship performance and the internal mechanism of action from a certain angle,which makes up for the deficiency of social network structure characteristics and relationship performance research,and improves the logistics industry by optimizing employees' social network.Relationship performance provides theoretical support and enriches relevant theoretical systems.In practice,it helps to understand the social relations and relationship performance of the employees in the enterprise,promoting the communication between employees,and also providing advice to consider the extra work effort and work of employees for the performance evaluation of employees in logistics enterprises and other enterprises to promote business performance.
