Study On The Influence Mechanism Of The Knowledge Network's Structure Characteristics And Enterprise Innovation Ability

During the new normal period,strategy of innovation-driven development is a sustaining impetus to keep the economy steady for a long time.As an essential part of social innovative activity,the enterprise innovation ability level is an important indicator to evaluate its innovation efficiency,while the heterogeneity knowledge resource is such a basis to help improve the enterprise innovation ability.So it should have a steady supply chain of knowledge.Generally,the resource of enterprise innovative knowledge are divided into two parts,the internal and the external.In reality,the enterprise always builds the knowledge network to share the knowledge resource.But its location in the knowledge network influences the efficiency of knowledge acquisition.The article based on the theory of the structure characteristic of knowledge network and enterprise innovation ability at home and abroad,build the multidimensional integration of structure characteristics of knowledge network,select organizational collaboration as intermediary variable,put forward the theoretical model and hypotheses,and choose the employee of technological innovative enterprise to gather the information data.Then use SPSS16.0 and Lirel8.70 for mathematical analysis.The final result shows that there are significant positive correlation between the structure characteristic of knowledge network and enterprise innovation ability.Specifically,there are different values between the structure characteristic of knowledge network and organizational collaboration.There are significant positive correlation between organizational collaboration and enterprise innovation ability.
