In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s economy, people’s consumption level gradually improved, consumers are also increasing the demand for consumers. The replacement rate of car also will accelerate and The status of the automotive industry in our country occupies increasingly significant. However, due to the continuous development of the automotive industry, the number of used cars has been increased, the demand of enterprise for scrap cars is gradually beginning to show. The traditional low recycling system can not meet the current development of the automotive industry, and the traditional extensive dismantling has been unable to meet the requirements of sustainable development for the gradual deepening of the concept of the economy and sustainable development, Scrap car recycling enterprise system in urgent need of restructuring and upgrading. Therefore, building a network system is imperative, the network can adapt to the economic development needs of the automotive industry, to improve the recycling rate of used cars, reducing cost recovery.First of all, the paper analyzes the structural features of reverse logistics network, based on research on reverse logistics network leads to the structural features of waste automobile reverse logistics network, and focus on analyze the three basic models of scrapped car recycling in the current situation. Next, for looking theoretical basis about how to build waste automobile reverse logistics network, the paper detailed analyze waste automobile reverse logistics network from the environment, function, structure and other factors.Secondly, in order to minimize network cost based, the paper combined remanufacturing, reuse and other resources way and three basic models of the waste automobile reverse logistics to build multi-level waste automobile reverse logistics network model which including the recycling center, detection dismantling center, remanufacturing center, secondary market,abandoned point and so on. The paper make a decision analysis about the recycling mode to determine the optimal network model and uses genetic algorithms to solve the model network. Finally, As jiangsu province be the empirical object of study, building the waste automobile reverse logistics network of jiangsu province based on collecting relevant data. Each city as the logistics network node in Jiangsu Province, by setting and solving the genetic algorithm to determine the location of the program of waste automobile reverse logistics network in jiangsu province.
