Research On The Countermeasures To Promote The Efficiency Of Logistics Industry In Shanxi Province

Logistics industry is a complex modern service industry integrating transportation,storage,handling,loading and unloading,freight forwarding and information industry.It is an important part of the national economy and a basic and strategic industry supporting the national economy.The development of modern logistics industry can greatly reduce the transaction cost of economic activities,improve the efficiency of economic system allocation of resources,and promote the development of national economy.Therefore,the logistics industry is considered to be the artery of national economic development,logistics industry scale,efficiency and other indicators,has become a measure of a country or region comprehensive competitiveness of an important indicator.The efficiency of logistics industry is an important indicator to measure the development level of logistics industry.The improvement of logistics industry efficiency can effectively reduce the running cost of logistics activities and promote the efficient operation of logistics system.Shanxi Province is located in the central inland areas,economic development has been mainly coal industry,logistics industry development is more backward.As the artery of economic and economic development,the improvement of the efficiency level of logistics industry can promote the promotion of consumption demand in Shanxi Province,the optimization of industrial structure,the improvement of employment level and the improvement of enterprise operation efficiency.But so far,logistics efficiency in Shanxi Province is still relatively low,all aspects of logistics waste serious,lack of logistics needs,infrastructure construction backward,modern logistics park,distribution center lack.To find out the crux of the inefficient logistics industry in Shanxi Province,to analyze the reasons,to take certain measures to promote the logistics industry in Shanxi to enhance efficiency,imminent.This article first through the collection and finishing at home and abroad on the logistics industry and its efficiency research,with a view to predecessors from the study to find some experience and learn from.Secondly,through the combination of relevant theory to analyze the efficiency of the logistics industry to enhance the significance of the economic system and the impact of logistics industry in Shanxi Province to improve the efficiency of the various factors.Thirdly,through the establishment of DEA-CCR model,the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry is measured and evaluated based on the data of logistics industry in Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2014.Finally,through the Tobit regression model,the factors influencing the efficiency of the logistics industry in Shanxi Province are identified and the impact on the efficiency of the logistics industry in Shanxi Province is evaluated,so as to find out the countermeasures to promote the efficiency of logistics industry in Shanxi Province.
