| In recent years,the competition between Banks,strengthening financial regulation,financial products with less differentiation has become increasingly apparent,internet financial rise.At the same time,domestic economy declining,New Normai will continue and deepen.In 2015,Shanxi economy cliff fell,GDP growth in the penultimate,many cities and counties had negative growth.Banking sector is also affcted,begin from 2016,Banks will likly into the era of zero growth in profits.So for Banks,to seek development,have to further expand the customer,improve customer satisfaction,and employee satisfaction is of great significance to the promotion of customer satisfaction.The subject was employees in T sub-branch,505 qustionnaires were sent out and 496 were recollected.The valid returned rate was 99.2%.The paper made employees’satisfication questionnaries including persional factors,work,salary and welfare,career,work enviroment and interpersonal relationship.The paper analyzed T sub-branch’a work for employees’satisfication according to questionnaries and interviews and summarized inadequacies including limited attetion on employees’individual difference,work itself,defective system of salary and perfomance,unsound career management and work enviroment gap from peer industy.The paper propounded proper measures for the promblems:building proper working mechanism,definiting employees’responsiblity and authortity,improving salary and welfare system,perfecting career management susystem and improving work environment.In this paper,the author hopes the leaders in T sub-branch can put attetion to those questions and the peer industry can learn helpful experienc.In this paper,based on the satisfaction related theory,using the method of combining theory and practice analysis,T branch in employee satisfaction problems,and puts forward corresponding proposals.Finally,summarizes the research conclusion,and points out that the research limitations and shortcomings,and puts forward the research prospects. |
