the rebalancing of the global economy.World trade overall balance must contain important bilateral imbalance.One part of the countries around the world surplus,while the other deficits.This is normal phenomenon in the international economy.Historically,as long as the world's "developed countries"(center)and "emerging countries"(peripheral)staying together,global economic imbalances are inevitable.The world economic history shows that the imbalance is absolute,the balance is relative and imbalance is the norm,balance is a short-term phenomenon.The US subprime mortgage crisis is respectively,the bilateral imbalance is No.1 in the world,so generally,the trade imbalance between China and the United States represents international economic imbalances.In the current global economic imbalances is the world's economic growth,advocate balanced global growth has also been widely recognized,external motivation will lead to a country's economic internal imbalances.Only balanced global growth can help a country to achieve balanced economic growth.Current account is one of the important indices for balanced growth,which means,a country's trade surplus and deficit is one of the core indicators of global economic balance.At present,China's foreign trade surplus has become more large,and the import and export structure is still fully filled with manufactured goods connotation and classification of the trade development strategy,the export-oriented strategy and import alternative strategy comparison respectively,analyzes the current our country foreign trade environment and concluded that the balance of foreign trade policy should be implemented,try to maintain the basic balance of foreign trade import and export.The fifth chapter: in the previous
