E-commerce is becoming one of the hottest discussed topics in the 21stcentury.Especially with the rapid development of the Internet and smart terminal,people seem to be more and more dependent on the Internet.Meanwhile,E-commerce has taken up more than a half of network browsing.For a long time,e-commerce has made gratifying progress in the city,with perfect logistics facilities and more and more talents.However,e-commerce in the rural,where populationaccounts for half of the total population in China,grows slowly;many people have no concept on e-commerce,not to speak of online shopping.Even network hasn' t been available in some countryside.Agricultural products are traded through the traditional ways.In recent years,rural electronic commerce also is listed as precise part of poverty alleviationa along with government' s great attachment to issues concerning agriculture as well as poverty-alleviation-oriented strategic.After the fierce competition in the county in recent years,gradually formed on behalf of the local feature of a growing number of rural e-commerce development model.The state council in his government work report clearly put forward the concept of"Internet+",and "Internet +" Internet e-commerce as one of the key action.Shandong province also issued a series of policies to promote the electronic commerce development,put forward the excellent demonstration county,so as to promote the development of county of e-commerce.In recent years,with the country's attention to the development of e-commerce in rural areas,some unique development models has been formed in variety places;the concept of"Internet plus..." provide a new approach to the rural e-commerce development.The e-commerce development in Dezhou city will be taken as an example in the paper.In order to promote the local agricultural development,especially the issues concerning agriculture,the country and the farmers,the government of Dezhouintroduced a series of measures to promote the development of the e-commerce,thus formed a characteristic rural e-commerce development model.A brief introduction to the concept of e-commerce,its meaning and features is firstly given in the paper,and then a comparison of research status of e-commerce at home and abroad is discussed.Through research and literature review,along with experience from other rural areas in China,rural e-commerce development model in Dezhou can be divided into three models through compared the dezhou county rural electronic commerce development of new features:government-oriented model,enterprise-oriented model and cooperatives-oriented model,and analyzes the general meaning of the three models,characteristics and advantages and disadvantages.A comparison among the above three models made it to conclude that a mixed development model is more reasonable in Dezhou.That is,a reasonable combination of the above three models to form three kinds of combination mode:"government + enterprise +cooperative","enterprise + government + cooperative","cooperative + government +enterprise",and analyses three modes of combination suitable for Texas county development.This combination can exert advantages of each region.Article also analyses three modes of development and the reasons of the domestic local mode:Suichang mode?Chengxian mode?Tongyu mode,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of them.Article put forward some Suggestions about combination mode of e-commerce in dezhou Combined with the advantages and disadvantages.Finally put forward the development of dezhou county rural e-commerce optimization measures.Through innovation of rural e-commerce development model,implementation the common development of electronic commerce and the traditional industry,build regional industry special advantage,greater impetus effect is obvious,the complementarity of the formats of e-commerce industry ecological system of the county.
