Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Export And Import Trade Of Patented Technologies And Know-how

Under the background of knowledge economy globalization,import and export trade of patented technologies and know-how has an important influence on economy and trade.Patented technologies and know-how import possesses a large share in China's international trade.Judging from technology import data of recent years,patented technologies and know-how occupied a share of over 80%,and patented technologies and know-how are involved in almost every contract of transfer of technology.With the development of economic globalization,transfer of technology is widely developed internationally and promotes rapid development of international technology trade,and gradually becomes a significant part of current international trade activity.However,there is a great gap in technology development between China and developed countries.Import of patented technologies and know-how can rapidly enhance China's technology level,and export of patented technologies and know-how can greatly promote China's international competitiveness and influence.Thus,with induction,this dissertation summarizes the problems of China's export and import trade of patented technologies and know-how,and puts forward scientific development strategy,which has a great significance on study in this field.
