Research On Development Status And Countermeasures Of International Trade Finance Business Of X Bank Tianjin Branch

Along with the deepening of reformation in China's financial systems,the management environments of commercial banks are changing dramatically and the competition between banks is becoming increasingly fierce.Many banks have begun to develop new business areas.The international trade finance business combined with international settlement and financing,is regarded the gold business.Because it not only rely on China's huge foreign trade market,but also bring double benefits of intermediate business and assets business for the bank,many medium and small-sized banks entered to expand this business.However,international trade finance business involves a wide range,complex operation,the international business system construction of small and medium-sized banks is not perfect,there are many problems in developing this business.As a result,many scholars begin to explore the methods of expanding international trade finance business for medium and small-sized banks from the theory and practice.This paper takes the X bank Tianjin branch as the research object.First of all,it elaborates the international trade finance related theory.on the basis of this theory and combining with the anther's internship experience in X bank Tianjin branch,the paper analyzes the status quo of international trade finance business of X bank Tianjin branch,including development history,category,size and structure,process,risk prevention and control,etc.Then,it uses comparative analysis,process analysis,case analysis to expound the problems on international trade finance business of X bank Tianjin branch in the category,size and structure,process,risk prevention and control.Finally,according to the problems mentioned above and combining with the bank's own conditions,this paper suggests X bank Tianjin branch should expand international trade finance business actively,optimize the business process and strengthen risk prevention and control so as to further promote the healthy development of the business.
