Analysis And Countermeasures Of Modern Agricultural Development In Shanxi Province

Modern agriculture is a kind of highly scientific,professional and market-oriented agricultural form which widely take advantage of modern science-technology and scientific management method.It's the latest stage of agricultural development.The emergence and development of modern agriculture have greatly improved the agricultural labor productivity,land productivity and the added value of agricultural products,is the main trend of the world agriculture development.In contrast,there is a big gap between the current level of development of modern agriculture in China and the world advanced level,especially in Shanxi province which as the representative of some central and western provinces,the modern agriculture is still in the initial stage of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.This paper mainly study on the following aspects:Firstly,through detailed study including agricultural resources,production and operation mode,industrial structure,natural environment,industrial base and so on of the situation of Shanxi province,comprehensively analysed the advantages and restrictive factors of the development of modern agriculture in the local area;Base on that,made full use of the AHP,evaluation system of modern agriculture and its related models,to evaluate the comprehensive level,input-output level,sustainable development of rural society and the modernization of agriculture level,etc.of the development of modern agriculture in local area,master the development level of modern agriculture;Thirdly,based on the above conclusions,from the comparative analysis of data from different regions and different years of the whole country,to find the short board in terms of capital investment,specialization,mechanization,etc.in the development of modern agriculture in Shanxi province;Finally,combined with the actual situation of the local,relying on the rich resources of advantages such as small grains,carry out scientific planning,perfect modern agricultural industrial system and industrial structure,innovate modern agricultural production and operation mode,vigorously develop the characteristic agriculture which adapt to the local advantages in different regions,to reverse the current backward situation of modern agricultural development in Shanxi province,promote the level of development enter a new stage during the “13th Five-Year”.
