The Analysis On Tax Policies For The Plateau Characteristic Of Modern Agriculture Of Kunming City

With the development of the socialist market economy,and the degree of agricultural modernization is constantly improving,the development of China's agricultural also presents a new situation.The plateau characteristic of modern agriculture is a new model of agricultural development.Under the new situation of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture's development of Kunming city,the influence of tax policy is very important,and to adjust tax system and policies reasonably will be the invisible power that can help the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture of Kunming city.Scientific and reasonable tax policies can boost the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture,and in contrast,imperfect tax policy will limit the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture to a certain extent.In the future,it is necessary to get out of a new and unique way to the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agricultural with tax polities' support.This paper's research is based on the study of the current agricultural tax policies,to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions that could make it better.To take the example of promoting the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture of Kunming city,and plays a role in providing tax policies improvement suggestions for the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture of China.The author adopts the methods of literature research and comparative analysis to analysis and research.Through to study on the relationship between agricultural industrialization's development and tax policies of China and foreign countries,and learn from previous experience,then put forward new insights into new issues of research and resolution combined with this paper.Moreover,this paper will make analysis and comparison of agricultural tax policies between China and overseas,and learn from advanced theories and successful experiences.Finally,this paper's aim is to promote the development of agriculture industrialization in Kunming city,and to provide theoretical support for the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture of our country.This paper is divided into five parts.At the first part,the paper introduces the research background,the value and significance of the research,and the existing research theories are summarized and evaluated.And then,this paper introduces the current situation of tax policies affecting the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture,and analyzes and evaluates relevant tax policies.The third part takes Kunming city as an example,and introduces and analyzes the current agricultural tax situation in Kunming city,and then analyzes the tax problems that affect the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture of Kunming city.The fourth part introduces the tax policies of the agriculturally advanced countries,and analyzes its enlightenment.The last part based on the above theory and analysis,and then put forward tax policies suggestions for the development of the plateau characteristic of modern agriculture.
