Research On The Effect Of Technology Innovation On Exports Of High-tech Products In Anhui Province

The high-tech industries developed rapidly since the 1990 s,has became the most dynamic economic growth point in Anhui Province,while exports of high-tech products in Anhui Province has been becoming the most potential export component.In recent years,the high-tech products export trade of Anhui Province developed rapidly and the exports continue to increase,but there are still some problems to be solved,such as the irrational structure of export products,lack of independent innovation capability;too concentrated of supply and export markets,higher risk;high-tech enterprises of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and foreign-invested enterprises were dominant,the weak competitiveness of domestic high-tech enterprises and so on,after all,lack of technological innovation impetus caused these problems.In this context,this paper researched many relevant literatures about the relationship between technological innovation and high-tech exports,basing on the introduction of the comparative cost theory,factor endowment theory and technological innovation theories,used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyzed the effect of technological innovation on high-tech exports in Anhui Province.Firstly,exploring problems in high-tech exports in Anhui Province by collecting data related to the status of high-tech products export,the paper analyzed the main factors affecting the export of high-tech products in Anhui Province,explained the importance of technological innovation.Secondly,this paper researched in detail the impact of technological innovation through four paths on high-tech products exports in Anhui Province by introducing the related theories,then found influence factors of technological innovation by analyzing the current situation about technological innovation of high-tech industries in Anhui Province,laid foundation for constructing the system of technological innovation evaluation indexes of high-tech industries in Anhui Province,the technological innovation were subdivided into 16 indicators in three dimensions,using principal component analysis to calculate over the years technological innovation ability of high-tech industries in Anhui Province.Thirdly,according to data collected,using vector autoregression model and error correction model,this paper analyzed empirically the impact of technology innovation on exports of high-tech products in Anhui Province,conclusion as below:technological innovation of high-tech industries in Anhui Province played a more positive role in boosting its export of high-tech products;considering the three dimensions of input,output and innovation environment of technological innovation resources,the output and innovation environmental indicators had positive effects on the export of high-tech products in Anhui Province,while the input index was negative influence;through the study of technological innovation pathway to show independent innovation was the most important factor affecting high-tech exports of Anhui Province.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the paper put forward policy recommendations.
