With the economic globalization and growing competition between enterprises,industrial cluster has become the important ways of economic growth and industrial transformation for region or even a country.Cluster enterprises need the procurement of raw materials,production,processing,transportation,assembly,packaging,storage,marketing and some other active process,on the other way,clusters covering a large logistics systems where a large number of raw materials,intermediate products and final products need to transfer outside the region.In a sort of sense,for the development of industrial clusters provided a broad space for the development of regional logistics,meanwhile,regional logistics services for the industry clusters,which improved the quality and efficiency of the operation of industrial clusters.thereby increasing the competitiveness of the regional economy.Whether regional logistics or cluster,have become an important way to improve regional economic competitiveness,but the effect of separate development are limited.Therefore,from the background of the industrial cluster,for revealing the mechanism of interaction between cluster and regional logistics,in order to grasp the stage of development and logistics organization model under various stages of regional logistics,to improve regional logistics,improve competitiveness of industrial clusters and regional competitiveness has important practical significance.Firstly,elaborates the formation and development stage of the regional logistics which serves the industrial cluster,propose that in the context of without logistics background,regional economic backward,and the regional economy is driven by industrial clusters,regional logistics cluster experienced self logistics,relying logistics,logistics equality independence in three stages,as well as various stages of the logistics organization.With the symbiosis to explain the economic significance of the evolution of regional logistics at different stages,and focus analyzed in the interaction mechanism between industrial cluster and regional logistics,on the one hand,the development of regional logistics provides a huge logistics needs industry cluster,promoting development the regional logistics,which provide regional logistics professional,information technology,diverse intelligent logistics services,on the other hand,the regional logistics services for industrial clusters,It can help reduce logistics costs,improve competitiveness and enhance the cluster effect.Then set a study of Gaogou,firstly analyzes the current situation of Gaogou Logistics,andanalyses the logistics development stage of Gaogou,to explore Gaogou logistics is in which stage,and the reason of Gaogou logistics development lags behind,it is concluded that the service level is low,the need to integrate logistics resources and lack of long-term cooperation.Then combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,find the relationship between Gaogou logistics and cable cluster,the research shows that high-ditch cable cluster play a long-lasting role in promoting development of the regional in Gaogou,But it is not conducive to promote the upgrading of cable clusters and long-term development of Gaogou overall economy.Finally combining with theoretical analysis,put forward some relevant recommendations with service of the regional logistics development of industrial cluster.
