The process of economic globalization,mutual exchanges between the various countries and regions all over the world are becoming more and more frequent and in-depth,mutual investment activities are becoming more and more closely related,affect the overall economic development more and more factors,more and more complex,and even the existence of the influencing factors of cross domain.Culture,as an important embodiment of a country’s soft power,has been paid more and more attention,and a country’s commitment to the corresponding cultural construction,system development strategy,but also actively adapt to the new economic development trend.Cultural exchanges can promote the formation of trust relations,the construction of trust relationships can affect the process of economic investment to a certain extent.Because of the abstract nature of culture,it is difficult to quantify the impact of the economic development and the impact of the cross field between the two,there may be a certain degree of neglect in general.Therefore,based on the existing research,through the perspective of cultural exchange,to discuss this problem from two aspects of theory and practice is of great significance for our country to further understand the cultural influence on international economy and the impact of investment.This paper studied the influence of the cultural exchanges between China and bilateral investment,the article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,including research significance,research methods,basic framework and the related literature at home and abroad are reviewed;the second chapter is the cultural influence of China’s bilateral investment mechanism are introduced;the third chapter describes the status quo and problems of China’s foreign cultural exchanges and bilateral investment;the fourth chapter is the empirical part,including the analysis of index construction,model specification and demonstration;the last chapter summarizes the research results,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and research according to the research conclusion.The panel data of 49 countries and regions,this paper selects 2003-2014 China’s foreign direct investment as a sample,based on gravity model,through the regression analysis on the influence of Confucius academy as the carrier of China’s cultural exchanges on China’s international bilateral investment,the empirical results show that the Confucius School of cultural exchange,the China’s foreign direct investmentand the actual use of foreign investment has a significant role in promoting.Then from the perspective of different sample classification,respectively explore the cultural exchange effect of international investment in China,the influence degree for different degree of influence in developed countries and developing countries as well as the different cultural differences between countries.The results show that the impact of international investment,developed countries significantly in developing countries,cultural differences between the larger countries than the cultural differences in the country is relatively small.
