Sharing economy is an economic mode which gradually spreading along with the development of mobile Internet technology.Sharing economy use "Internet plus" to resolve a lot of overcapacity,drive a lot of employment,optimize resource allocation,improve the efficiency of economic operation,is a new way to boost China's economic growth.Sharing economic concept of "sharing" and "mutual help" is generally accepted by people,which is recognized and trusted by more and more users.Didi is a more successful way to share one of the representatives of the economic industry and has attracted widespread attention and people usually choose this way to travel in daily life travel.However,because of the nonstandard development of the new industry,shared travel platforms are faced with many problems and challenges,such as lack of protection of relevant laws and regulations,insecurity and trust crisis,the development of shared travel platform enterprises is facing severe challenges.However,how to build and enhance trust in shared travel platform by constructing effective trust mechanism,to build corporate social reputation is the key issue for sustainable development of DiDi and even sharing travel platform industry.This paper takes DiDi as the research object,the formation mechanism of trust relationship between platform enterprises and bilateral market participants is explored.By using the grounded theory methodology,taking root analysis of the acquired second-hand data,Research shows: The relationship between Didi and the two sides of the market is mainly based on the three dimensions of calculating trust,institutional trust and identity trust.The platform enterprise builds the market force scope through the business factors(service content,quality of service)and platform technology(Information record,real name authentication,feedback management)to build the bilateral calculation trust relationship,the identity trust and the institutional trust.By paying attention to the mental activity of the driver's user group,promoting its happiness to build an identity trust relationship,spreading the reputation of thebrand,and promoting the promotion of the reputation of the enterprise.Corporate reputation and market forces work together to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.Corporate reputation and market power in turn strengthen the trust relationship between platform enterprises and bilateral user groups,thereby further enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
