| Municipal Road,which is a fraction of governmental investment Construction Projects,can provide public service and non-profitability to guarantee the living quality of residents.Although there are some issues what are known for low investment efficiency and lose-control during the construction of municipal roads,the public service of municipal road is irreplaceable.It deserves exploration that how to balance quality,progress and investment.In the past,Municipal road construction project management mainly concerned about the progress and quality objectives,the investment objectives are not particularly concerned about.At present,the researches on the target control of the government investment projects have made some progress,but the research of municipal road as a fraction of government investment is not very thorough.Based on Marxism materialist dialectics and current government investment research results,this article concentrates on the issues of investment through comparison and analysis in both macro and micro methods.The results obtained in this paper are as follows:1,The paper concludes the disadvantages and problems to find,analysis and research in different levels and stages in government investment project from the government investment project target control method.2,The paper makes further thinner of construction units’ investment target control into every stage of construction projects,such as the decision-making phase of the project and implementation phases.The paper uses specific chart to solve the abstract control issues to find the measures what should be taked in construction projects.3,The paper establishes a corresponding municipal road construction project assessment system of a specific road.The method of the assessmentsystem is to calculate the corresponding dates to rate the construction project.Through the assessment system,it’s can be known that whether the construction project reaches the goal of investment or not. |
