In recent years,e-commerce services develop rapidly.Relaying on the innovative thought on the business model,industry division of the labor system gradually refined and improved,Its representations were aspects such as expanded scale and increased workers.The influence in the national economy and social life is growing.On the other hand,the market concentration is still high.In the dynamic competitive environment,the competitive advantage of the enterprise accumulated by resources strength tend to be quickly eroded by the technology and product innovation,Many of the electronic business service business failures.Which show the paradox of “Good market,good environment business break down".These phenomena and figures imply a lot of academic issues that deserve further research,in this “new normal” economy,how do the enterprise to self-adaptation? Research on the adaptive capacity of e-commerce service under the new normal has great theoretical and practical significance.The research is carried out in the perspective of open innovation,We have designed the evaluation index system of e-commerce services adaptive ability,established the theoretical model of adaptive ability evaluation and put forward the hypothesis,finally through PLS modeling method of hypothesis test model and Research on electronic commerce services adaptive ability implementation mechanism.The study found that,first,Corporate organization diffusion system with internal information system integration to form feedback control ability and the innovation ability,and the adaptive ability of the enterprise.Second,Enterprise external information system and supply chain resources integration to form feedback control ability and the innovation ability,and then forms the adaptive ability of the enterprise.The third,An effective organization must balance between innovation and control,both be short of one cannot,enterprise feedback control ability has an important influence on enterprise innovation ability,good ability of feedback control is to implement the basis of innovation.Conclusion of this research is a national innovation entrepreneurship and economic new normal circumstances,more effective use of the electronic commerce utility to inspire and guide innovation entrepreneurship promotion performance To enhance the core competitiveness to provide theoretical support and practical guidance.
