Since the1950s, human society has begun to enter the information age,e-commerce is the product of the information and networking. E-commerce has broughtnew changes to the logistics distribution, but also made new demands on it. Logisticsdistribution as a key link in the e-commerce, assume the functions of turning the virtualactivities into reality. Currently, the lack of effective logistics information managementsystem is the nature of the constraints to logistics distribution development. Butdomestic e-commerce logistics distribution companies in carrying out the process ofinformation construction, showing the characteristics of blindly follow the trend andleading to the abuse of information technology, which not only fails to promote thedevelopment of enterprises, but also increase the cost of doing business. The appearingof value innovation is a viable solution to solve the above problems. Value innovation isa new concept of the modern enterprise competition, it is not simply to improve thetechnological competitiveness of enterprises, but by creating more value for customersto win customers and win business success. This subject in the study of e-commercelogistics distribution enterprise information construction has added value of innovativeideas, from the perspective of customer needs, for the purpose of improving customersatisfaction, to study the construction of enterprise information.First of all, find out the value innovative analytical tools, namely the evaluationmethod of the value elements, the value curve and the four-step analysis. And foundthat these analytical tools are equally applicable to information construction ine-commerce logistics distribution enterprise. Thus gives the value innovative steps ofe-commerce logistics distribution enterprise information construction.Then, according to the specific process of e-commerce logistics distribution, find away to create customer value in the information construction. And then determine theconstituent elements of customer value. Then draw a value curve, propose a five-stepanalysis based on the four-step analysis, and use the five-step analysis to identify thecustomer key value elementsNext, analyze the design tool of value innovative on e-commerce logisticsdistribution enterprise information construction. Based on the house of quality analysistool in the product design, combining with the actual situation of e-commerce logisticsdistribution enterprise information construction, then proposed the house of value quality analysis tool.In order to maximize the satisfaction with the customer on information service bythe e-commerce logistics distribution companies, according to the key customer valueelements and the house of value quality analysis tool, and taking into account the costconstraints of enterprise, then set up the design method model based on the valueinnovation of the information construction service. Through this model, the target valueof the information building services elements can be solved and to improve the keycustomer value elements. So customers can satisfied with the value of informationservices on the enterprise, then achieve the purpose of information construction valueinnovation. Final the model is applied to an enterprise, so that customer satisfaction isgreatly improved, and proved that the model is feasible and has a certain applicationvalue.
