Study On The Enterprise Dynamic Ability Of University-industry Collaboration Innovation

Since 1994, the concept of the Dynamic Capabilities was proposed, it has widely recognized by the academic. Enterprises in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantage in today’s increasingly scientific and technological progress, development, and unpredictable dynamic environment, we must rely on innovation. Now, an increasingly competitive society, but with the acceleration of the flow of knowledge, learning is not limited to the internal organization, between different organizations while also constantly exploring and learning. Therefore, some scholars have gradually begun to look into outside the enterprise, attention to enterprise external factors, such as Cooperative Innovation affect its dynamic capabilities.Combing through the existing relevant research on business innovation research cooperation dynamic capabilities little research, few scholars would have to explore for business innovation research cooperation in this process dynamic capabilities, so the relevant empirical research more scarce.This study researches the enterprise dynamic ability of University-Industry Collaboration innovation.This article is a meaningful attempt to research the enterprise dynamic ability of University-Industry Collaboration innovation. The study found that, first, enterprises industry-university-institute cooperation innovation dynamic ability is the enterprise in the process of cooperative innovation, in the external environment changes, ability to integrate the internal and external ability, build and reconstruct enterprise; Second, the dynamic capability of cooperative innovation of enterprise dynamic information using ability, technological learning and integration ability, technology strategy isolation capability, technology transfer and diffusion ability four dimensions. Third, this study also enrich the enterprise dynamic ability and performance of cooperative innovation of relationship of empirical research, the hope can help enterprise managers to better understand and use dynamic capability in the process of enterprise cooperative innovation, to provide strategic guidance for the enterprise development.
