Research On Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Financial Ecological Environment In Inner Mongolia

"Financial ecological environment" is as a bionic concept first proposed by Zhou xiaochuan in 2004,it is pointed out that the concept is derived from the theory of ecology,and put it into the problems of China's financial development.Financial ecological environment mainly refers to the external environment of the survival and development of the financial sector,generally including the economic environment,the financial development,the legal environment,the credit environment,service of policy,the above various factors are interrelated and interact on each other,and constitute an organic whole.A regional financial ecological environment not only relate to the level of operating situation of regional financial subjects,also directly affect the level of economic development in region.Therefore establishing a together the present situation of regional financial with ecological environment evaluation system can get the more accurate evaluation of financial ecological environment,but also can improve the efficiency of capital allocation,and the financial system construction,promote the harmonious development of economy.So if you want to make the Inner Mongolia region of rapid economic development,must first increase the speed of the development of the region's financial,further lay the solid foundation for the development of district economy.This paper also draws and simplifies the index,constructs the system matching the actual situation of Inner Mongolia,and then to make evaluation to the Inner Mongolia regional financial ecological environment,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This article first introduces the theory of ecological economics,the theory of financial resources,financial sustainable development theory and the related theories of financial ecological environment,and analyzes the financial development in Inner Mongolia and the financial ecological environment.Secondly,using the theory of factor analysis and the characteristics of the financial industry in Inner Mongolia,is put forward its financial ecology environment evaluation index system.Thirdly,selecting the data of financial ecological environment from 1995 to 2014 in Inner Mongolia into the system,from the point of view of dynamic condition to analyze the changing process of financial ecology.And selecting data from 2014,compared with other Midwest provinces and autonomous regions,find the advantages and disadvantages of financial ecological environment in the Inner Mongolia,find the restricting factors existing in the financial ecological environment construction in the Inner Mongolia.Finally,put forward policy Suggestions on the basis oftheoretical research,and combined with its own economic characteristics of Inner Mongolia on how to optimize the financial ecological environment in Inner Mongolia and promote the sustainable development of the financial and economic.This paper,based on the research of former researchers,and combined with the present situation of Inner Mongolia,conduct the following research: it is a clear definition of the concept of financial ecological environment,the article uses a generalized concept,including internal and external environmental factors;Second,using the factor analysis method to evaluate and analyze financial ecological environment in Inner Mongolia from1995 to 2014,and select the related data in 2014,compared with other parts of the Midwest provinces,cities and autonomous regions.
