Determining The Appropriate Scale Of Agricultural Land And Comparing The Suitable Organization Form Of Zhuzhou City

With the rapid development of national society and economy, demands of farmers for income increase. Therefore, the agricultural production and management has been asked to improve. And the appropriate scale management which fits the regional productivity level is a good way to increase the application of agricultural science and technology, to promote the development of agriculture, to increase the income of farmers.Based on the Zhuzhou city's basic conditions of develop the management of appropriate scale, investigating the current situation of different organization forms and analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, the conclusion that the family-run is the suitable organization form of planting was pointed out. After analysing the structure and level of input and output of planting and building an model, the appropriate scale was determined. By calculated, in order to get 33000 yuan, for grain, the appropriate Per capita planting scale of Small-scale Part-time grain-planting was 0.91 to 1.04 hm~2, the appropriate Per capita planting scale of of Large-scale grain-planting was 2.92 to 3.06 hm~2, the appropriate planting scale of of family farm was no less than 4.46 hm~2. As for vegetable,the appropriate Per capita planting scale of non-greenhouse is 0.24 to 0.32 hm~2, the appropriate Per capita planting scale of greenhouse is 0.15 hm~2. Besides, a pattern which is organized by agricultural industries, agricultural cooperative and family farm was come forward. Though Frequency analysis and the Stepwise regression analysis, the appropriate planting scale of agricultural cooperative and agricultural industries'base is 10.08 to 24.78 hm~2, from the point of labor intensive use, its fit number of labor is 67 to 167. At last, some measures and suggestions were point out to promote the development of Zhuzhou city's appropriate scale of agriculture.
