On The Present Rural Science And Technology Talent Training In Hunan Province

The development of the Country need to be supported by talents, and it is the same as the development of a certain area, the construction of New rural construction with Chinese characteristics and "four modernizations" society, and to realize national economy big development boom and the agricultural modernization, talents with high quality and skills of science and technology are needed in the countryside, therefore, Speed up the cultivation of talents, both the need of promoting the national economic development, and prosperity of the construction of rural social needs.Based on the practical condition of Hunan province, under the guidance of policy and law in the country and local policies, in the reality of the local rural economic development environment, according to the construction of "four modernizations" type of the construction of the social environment, this study takes Wangcheng as a case study, a comprehensive study is taken, including the existing rural science and technology talent training policies, talents cultivation ideas, advantages, etc. thus trying to give a theoretical and practical contribution to the farmers science and technology development, personnel training.
