Since the founding of new China,the party and the state attach great importance to the development of popular science and science talent.A series of policies and measures are put forward,the development of science and technology talent team has made great progress,China has basically formed a relatively perfect science and technology organization system and science talent team.Especially since the reform and opening up,rapid development of science and technology talents,the overall quality of science talent continues to improve,it plays an important role in improving the scientific literacy of all the people in China.However,we should also be aware ofthat the development of science popularization talents in our country can not meet the needs of the development of science popularization and the construction of national scientific literacy,there is still a certain gap with the strategic requirements of the country's talent.This paper takes Shanghai Science and Technology Museum as the research object,demand analysis of science popularization personnel demand analysis theory,probing into the training of science popularization talents.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,discussion on how to further enhance the soft power of public service of science and technology venues,meet the needs of the public to learn science and technology,improve the scientific and cultural quality of the public,enhance the consciousness of the whole people to participate in the progress of science and technology,enhance public awareness,exploration and creativity,in order to promote the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.
