Only agricultural technogical achievements converse into productive forces surly will raise agricultural production and famers' income, thus realize the modernization of agriculture in China as soon as possible. A series of problems of traditonal approach led to a low rate of agricultural technogical achievements converison,which become one of the major factors to hinder the exaltation of the overall qualitity of our agriculture. With the rapid development of the Internet and the deepening of the commercial operition, making e-commerce flourished in various fields. In the historical background of agricultural industrializition and modernization, e-commerce is the inevitable trend in the setor of agiculture.Firstly, this paper analyzed the basic profile of conversion of agricultural technogical achievements in our country, and several major route of conversion of agricultural technogical achievements and their problems through questionnaires in Shuanfeng conty of Hunan Province. Then, discussed the role of e-commerce on the conversion of agricultural technogical achievements as the example of the combination of e-commerce and Yangling Jinshan agricultural company's take-off. Finally, begins from the problems of e-commerce platform to transform agricultural technological achievements, thus proposes several innovative approaches to develop e-commerce in agriculture field, which include accelerating information construction in rural areas, strengthening the construction of agricultural information integration, e-commerce laws and regulaions, standardization and distribution system of agcicultural products, as well as cultivating agricultural e-commerce talents.
