Evaluation On The Quality,Ecology And Economy Coordination Degree Of Cultivated Land In Guangxi

The quality of cultivated land, ecological and economic coordination degree can be used as an important indicator to measure the level of cultivated land use in a specific area. The study of regional cultivated land quality, ecological and economic coordination can provide a scientific basis for planning a regional land use mode and level. In the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Province, the quality of cultivated land, cultivated land use and land is the main means of production related farmland ecological and agricultural economy as the data sample, Guangxi province was divided into the center of Wuzhou City, Southeast hilly area, taking Nanning city as the center of the southern coastal region, with Liuzhou as the center Guangxi in plain low valley area, with Baise as the center of the karst mountain area, with Guilin as the center of Guangxi in Beishan area of these five indicators, using the data of land use change in Guangxi in 2013,2013 Guangxi statistical yearbook and other relevant information, based on the evaluation system of ecological and economic coordination degree of cultivated land, respectively. The evaluation of Guangxi five index of cultivated land quality, ecological and economic coordination, analysis of Guangxi cultivated land spatial layout of the obtained results based on coordination degree And through the use of ArcMAP in the ArcGIS10.1 function module to map the Guangxi territory of the coordination of cultivated land zoning map, in order to provide a scientific basis for the basic plan of Guangxi basic farmland and spatial distribution of farmland. The evaluation results of the coordination degree are based on the closed interval of the co scheduling index,5,1, and the 1 is the lowest value, and the 5 is the highest value. Results show that:1. Western Guangxi lava areas and mountain areas of northern Guangxi cultivated land ecological economic suitability with a low degree of coordination:coordination in the western region of Guangxi index is 2.82, the mountain area of Western lava coordination mainly due to low degree of cultivated land is western slope and land use grade is low, soil texture is not suitable for farming, is the lack of water resources and water in the cultivation process of excessive use and waste, while the western region’s agricultural economic benefits is higher, the development speed of the level of the city is conducive to the development of agricultural production, therefore the western region can consider ways to increase arable land quality from high water, to improve the utilization rate of the original land, on the one hand to protect the existing cultivated land on the other. On the one hand not to restrict the development of cultivated land. Coordination of northern mountain area of influence degree is low, the main reason is arable land slope is larger, the lower; in the northern region of Guangxi coordination degree is 2.32, but soil texture in northern part of good, suitable for farming. The region existing in our country the biggest terraced landscape, the mountain area of planting a great landscape value and ecological significance should be protected, and for slope is particularly great, using special low of arable land can not as basic farmland retention.2.Guangxi central low plain Valley District level of southeastern Guangxi hilly and mountain area of cultivated land ecological economic suitability of a high degree of coordination, southeast regional coordination index was 3.88, central region coordination index was 3.86, these regional slope cultivated land, cultivated land use and not suitable for farming, soil texture is good, high degree of coordination, these areas have overfulfilled the previous countries issued the basic farmland protection task. These areas of cultivated land’s ecological economic suitability index of coordination and development of the local economy, urbanization development process also need to more farmland as a guarantee, in the adjustment of basic farmland plan should be focused on retaining this part of the land, while at the same time these areas can not excessive development, should be open for development.3.On the southern coast of Guangxi area of cultivated land ecological economic suitability of coordination degree is very high, coordination degree index is 4.02, this area, flat, slope suitable, land utilization high, and is rich in water resources, ecological conditions better, development of agricultural economy. But within the region including the capital of Guangxi, Nanning City, belonging to the second tier cities, process of urban development and farmland protection restrict each other and need to in the two find equilibrium point, further analysis of coordination and implementation of protection scheme.By this result, we can know that, for the protection of cultivated land in Guangxi, southern, southeastern and central region should be responsible for protection of existing quality of cultivated land, at the same time to adjust and to sort out the quality of arable land reserve resources, development and reclamation; and to the north and West part of arable land can eliminate some poor quality, slope farmland, don’t limit its development and utilization, strengthen land use, optimize the quality of cultivated land, in the limited arable land and improve plant level. And based on the results, it provides a scientific basis for the adjustment of basic farmland and the spatial distribution of cultivated land.
