| Taking regional land use, agriculture industry development status quo and its suitability assessment of agricultural land into consideration,Analytic Hierarchy Process, multi-factor Assessment, and software such as MapGIS6.7,ArcGIS9.3and Yaahp were took to explore the harmonization of agricultural development and optimize layout of land utilization in Yongxing County. The main findings and conclusions are as follows:(1) Through a comprehensive analysis of natural and socio-economic conditions, this paper got the basic information of Yongxing county, such as the quantity, quality, nature, distribution and combination features of all types of agriculture resource in different regions as well as the status of agricultural eco-environment, which provided a foundation for agricultural land suitability assessment.(2)With the help of Yaahp, this paper built the index system for Yongxing County agricultural suitability evaluation, and determined the weight of the evaluation factors, and extracted thematic layers of the evaluation factors with GIS spatial analysis technology and Arcgis buffer analysis technology, and finally conducted systematically farmland suitability assessment for the gifted agriculture resources and conditions, through which cultivated land, forest land suitability assessment maps were obtained.(3)Results of the agricultural land suitability evaluation of Yongxing County are as follows:The cultivated land area of the County are35153.33hectares, in whcih the area of highly suitable, generally suitable, marginally suitable and unsuitable for cultivated land takes up8882.33hectares,17404.67hectares,6541.87hectares and2324.46hectares respectively. The total area of garden are3166.67hectares, in which the area of highly suitable, generally suitable, marginally suitable and unsuitable for garden takes up1854.60hectares,8799.27hectares,22521.07hectares,191.20hectares respectively. The total forestland area of county are131406.67hectares,in which the area of highly suitable, generally suitable and marginally suitable for forestland takes up100086.33hectares,8799.27hectares and22521.07hectares respectively. At present,there is no inappropriate woodland. (4)Combining the assessment results and the history and the status of development and utilization as well as protection of agriculture resources, this paper systematically assessed the agricultural resources rational development, utilization, protection and effective configuration to obtain the optimized layout scheme of agriculture industry development and form the optimized layout of Yongxing county.(5)The running mechanism of the harmonious development of modern agriculture and the resources environment in Yongxing county was explored suggestions and countermeasures for agricultural industrial development and reasonable utilization of land in Yongxing county was put forward. |
