Research Of Xiangtan Vegetable Industry Development Status And Countermeasures

Vitamins are essential elements for human. Vegetables are important sources of human to get these elements. The safety and quality of vegetables, related to the survival and health of people directly, are highly required by human being. In order to satisfy the domestic needs and extend to foreign countries, China speeds up the production of vegetable and reform of the industry. In vegetable industry, the administration mode of series of fine processing, production, building scale, regional layout reasonable district and arrangement is improved continuously, the development of the vegetable industry is going towards the agricultural modernization and the track of orderly development, and is becoming better and better.Through interviewing the farmers directly and inveterately like asking face to face, questionnaire, making records and some other ways, we have collected the first hand information, and the actual situation of varieties of the new vegetable, production-market matching, vegetable processing, the actual situation of import and export. On the basis of the above information, we investigated the overall statistics and comparative analysis among various regions in Xiangtan. At the same time, according to the study of the relevant experience of other cities, we raised some advice on how to improve the development of the vegetable industry in Xiangtan:the first one is the overall planning of improving the development of vegetable industry; the second one is the construction of the standard garden vegetables; The third one is to strenthen the construction of monitoring system of quality and safety; the fourth one is to standardize the cooperation and promote the scale development; the fifth one is to enhance infrastructure construction of vegetable base,imporving the prodcution condition; the sixth one is to increase the input in the ability to prevent natural disaster.
