Study On Rural Industrial Poverty Alleviation Mode In Mayang

General secretary Xi Jinping in 2015, poverty alleviation and development theme forum speech clearly pointed out that the reform and opening up 30 years, China has gradually come out of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics, a total of 600000000 people out of poverty, but there are still nearly seventy million people out of poverty goal has not been achieved. Mayang as a provincial poverty counties, as of the end of 2014, still has a distribution in 106 administrative villages of 70327 people did not achieve poverty. This paper through empirical investigation found that existing rural industry mode of poverty alleviation of poverty main conflicts, poverty, low level balance phenomenon has become increasingly prominent, unable to adapt to the "along the way" and concentrated destitute areas of poverty alleviation in the new situation.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of rural industrial poverty alleviation in Mayang Miao Autonomous County, summarizes the research status quo of rural industry, and introduces the concept and related theory of poverty, poverty, poverty alleviation, and then discusses the regional development and poverty alleviation model of Mayang Miao Autonomous County, based on the Perspective of rural household survey.This paper considers the Mayang Miao Autonomous County in the process of development of area development and poverty alleviation mode suitable to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China "reduce poverty and macro development strategy in 2015" as the starting point, to fully understand Mayang poverty situation and special difficulties under the premise, combined with regional economic theory and actively participate in the construction of the economic zone of the "Southern Silk Road", according to the Wuling Mountain Area Regional Development and poverty alleviation implementation planning (2011-2020) determined to complete the Hunan Provincial Committee on Wuling Mountain concentrated destitute areas poverty alleviation pilot task.
