The 19 th report of the party points out to want to establish perfect system of development of modern agriculture,development of modern agriculture has become the direction that our country agriculture develops.Agriculture can not only meet people's basic material needs,but also bring economic benefits and promote social progress.Under the overall layout of "five-sphere integration" and the influence of the concept of sustainable development,the research on sustainable development of modern agriculture can not only promote the vigorous development of modern agriculture,but also provide intellectual support for the development of modern agriculture and the symbiotic linkage of ecological and environmental protection.As a large commercial grain base,it is particularly important to develop modern agriculture and protect the ecological environment.Shangqiu city is located in the junction of henan,shandong,jiangsu and anhui provinces,and the intersection of longhai and beijing-kowloon railway.In recent years,with its own agricultural resources and location advantages,shangqiu has vigorously developed modern agriculture,enhanced the core competitiveness of grain,and built high-standard farmland and high-quality grain source base demonstration county.Strengthen the advantage characteristic agriculture,the construction advantage characteristic agricultural product base.However,due to the underdevelopment of the economy and the continuous degradation of the ecological environment,the development degree of modern agricultural industrialization is low.In the process of development,we are faced with such difficulties as low level of urbanization,low cultural quality of agricultural workers and deteriorating agricultural production environment.Therefore,how to break the shackles of development,not only related to shangqiu economic development,farmers income,but also related to the development of the agricultural economy in henan.This paper studies the background,purpose and significance of the sustainable development of modern agriculture in shangqiu city,expounds the research overview of the sustainable development of modern agriculture by experts and scholars at home and abroad,and sorts out the research methods and ideas of this paper.Under the guidance ofrelevant theoretical concepts such as agricultural location theory,ecological economics theory and sustainable development theory,based on the current situation of modern agricultural development in shangqiu,the evaluation index system of modern agricultural sustainable development ability was constructed by means of literature analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and empirical analysis.In this paper,the evaluation index system of modern agricultural sustainable development capacity is divided into four parts:the level of agricultural inputs,agricultural output level,the rural social development level,agricultural sustainable development level,according to the modern agriculture,main factors affecting the sustainable development and the characteristics of modern agricultural system construction of modern agriculture in shangqiu ability evaluation index system of sustainable development,select 13 evaluation indexes.According to the evaluation system,the sustainable development ability of modern agriculture in shangqiu city is evaluated and analyzed,and the main factors hindering the sustainable development of modern agriculture in shangqiu city are analyzed.Based on the experience of the sustainable development of modern agriculture at home and abroad,this paper gives some specific countermeasures and Suggestions for the problems of the sustainable development of modern agriculture in shangqiu city.
