Research On The Subject Behavior Of Policy Agricultural Insurance

China is a traditional agricultural country,agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.To solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the top priority of the party's work.But natural disasters make agriculture risk increased,and impact on agricultural production so much.Agricultural Insurance policy makes a very important role in promoting the steady development of agriculture,advancing new rural construction,and safeguarding farmers' income levels.Since 2003,China's agricultural Insurance has achieved remarkable results:broadening the scale of underwriting,increasing insurance coverage,expanding the area of service,making organizational form towards the direction of diversification,etc.However,agricultural insurance policy has been many problems in the process of implementation.Such as:agricultural insurance rates still relatively low,insurance products can not meet the needs of agricultural production,the insurance company operations are not standardized,the claim is not timely,and government regulatory measures ineffective.S County is the famous of pig farming county in Jiangsu Province,and has advantage in the management of sow insurance.Through this study,we can provide a reference for sow insurance management work.We will study the subject behavior of sow Insurance in S county,and put forward development proposals.This article is divided into three parts.Part One contains Chapter One and Two,it mainly expounds this research objectives,content and methods,as well as related concepts and theoretical basics of agricultural insurance.Part Two contains Chapter three to six,it introduces the overall implementation of S County agricultural insurance policy,and analyzes the demand of farmer/agribusiness for agricultural insurance,the supply of insurance companies,as well as the regulatory of grass-roots government.Part Three is Chapter seven,through the research results of Part Two,it comes to conclusions and proposes the policy recommendations of agricultural insurance.
