Research On Policy Oriented Agricultural Insurance In Guangdong Province

Guangdong agricultural development level of the country's leading,but also in the East Asian monsoon region,frequent natural disasters,agricultural risk is huge,resulting in the demand for policy agricultural insurance is extremely urgent.Guangdong policy oriented agricultural insurance is absent,its development is seriously lagging behind the situation of rural economic development in Guangdong,there is the root cause of the subjective and objective.From the existing situation,policy agricultural insurance in our country has received the support of the national policy,Guangdong Province agricultural insurance development has ushered in a very good opportunity,some big disaster,such as the impact of Typhoon on Guangdong agriculture because of the agricultural insurance policy and obtain the corresponding compensation,though have a certain development,policy agricultural insurance in Guangdong Province,there are also some problems,this study will also be discussed.In this paper,aiming at the main problems of Guangdong province policy agricultural insurance development situation,the current implementation of the system design and the possible future were discussed,in order on the basis of empirical and normative analysis on speeding up the development of our province agricultural insurance policy a series of new ideas and suggestions,formulate relevant policies and measures to better provide reference for decision-making for government departments.This study used the literature research,field research and comparative analysis.Through the study on agricultural protection and agricultural system economics theory,this paper successfully on relevant theory summarizes some,also made a systematic analysis on the domestic and foreign agricultural insurance development pattern,the focus of this study is to improve the Guangdong policy agricultural insurance in the legal framework and how to develop so,this study will also have very good reference and guidance to other regions of our country.In this paper,firstly discusses the theory of domestic and foreign scholars and policy related agricultural insurance,then carry out the empirical research,through discussion of existing Guangdong policy agricultural insurance mode of operation of the present situation,and analyzes further development problems and reasons in the course of the study.Then the study also analyzes some foreign agricultural insurance development in a relatively good state of operation,based on the advanced experience and the actual development of Guangdong,and finally puts forward suggestions,these optimization policy recommendations will be better to help Guangdong to further improve the policy of agricultural development mode,but also the focus of this paper.
