Study On The Development Of Agricultural Insurance In Da Xiangxi Area

Agriculture plays an important role in maintaining social stability.at the same time,compared with the second and tertiary industry,agriculture needs more investment,lower economic benefits and easy to be affected by natural disasters.Daxiangxi area(the large area of western Hunan referred to this paper is limited to Xiangxi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture,Zhangjiajie and Huaihua,not including the administrative area of other City state)is one of the Contiguous centralized counties,and also the main battlefield of regional development and poverty alleviation.Agriculture has been the main industry in the region,to promote the region to become rich,must work to develop agricultural insurance,and effectively build a security barrier for the agricultural modernization in western Hunan,providing protection and support.Based on the theoretical research of agricultural insurance at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the development status,development environment and difficulties and problems of agricultural insurance in western Hunan,from the perspective of government,business insurance companies and farmers,reasons,policy recommendations for the development of agricultural insurance in western Hunan province,to improve agricultural insurance system in western Hunan.This paper reviews the development of agricultural insurance and the impact of agricultural insurance on the development of agricultural industry,expounds the background and theoretical and practical significance of agricultural insurance,and expounds the agricultural insurance system and policy,the value of agricultural insurance.From the current situation of agricultural insurance in western Hunan,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of four different agricultural insurance mechanism,and puts forward the selection and construction of agricultural insurance model in western Hunan province.Based on the agricultural development in western Hunan,this paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the development of agricultural insurance in western Hunan,including improving the actual demand of agricultural insurance in daxiangxi area,actively mobilizing the enthusiasm of agricultural insurance underwriting company and increasing the management and innovation of agricultural insurance,in order to promote the development of agricultural insurance in western Hunan.
