A Study Of The New Agricultural Business Entities Financing Obstacles And Its Influence Factors

With the continuous development of agriculture and the rural economy,agricultural modernization,professional investors,family farms,cooperatives and agricultural leading enterprises,as the representative of the new agricultural business entities,has become the main force of modern agricultural development.In 2013 the central No.1 document pointed out that the new agricultural management system,to focus on building a specialized,intensive,organizational socialization,combination of four modernizations.Because of the larger scale,the higher fees of land transfer and agricultural purchase,compared to the traditional farmers,the total amount of financing of the new agricultural business entities is not "small and scattered",and gradually transformed into the scale of the financial demand.But agriculture has always been in a weak position,in a certain extent has affected the development of new agricultural business entities.Especially the traditional financial services in rural areas,so that the new financing needs of the new agricultural business entities can not be satisfied,the problem of shortage of funds has become a bottleneck restricting the further development.Therefore,on the base of understanding China's new agricultural business entities financing background,combined with the economic system and the system,this article start from the demand side of the capital,surveying the status of new agricultural business entities financing,analysing the obstacles factors of obtaining funds from financial institutions and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,this is full of great significance in theory and reality.The sample area of Yancheng City as the rural areas of Jiangsu province with the wide area,high proportion of agriculture and farmers,in recent years,has achieved remarkable success in the development of modern agriculture,new agricultural business entities is also in constant development.Therefore,this paper main studies four contents based on the survey of 460 new agricultural business entities in Jiangsu Province,Yancheng City.The first is the analysis of the current situation of new agricultural business entities financing descriptive.The second is the empirical analysis of the factors of the sample of new agricultural business entities financing obstacles.On Based on the descriptive analysis of the sample new agricultural business entities financing status,using multiple ordered choice model,from the three aspects of management main body,the banks and the government factor,analyzing the obstacles analysis of the new agricultural business entities.The last is the countermeasures and suggestions.This paper argues that the breakthrough to the financing obstacles needs the join of the main business,banks and the government.hope to provide a scientific basis and reference for the development of new agricultural business entities and policy arrangements,and ultimately promote the development of social economy in our country.
