The Strategy Research Of Nanning CJ Investment Group

Nanning CJ Investment Group is an important investment and financing platform for the implementation of city roads and bridges and related infrastructure projects,as well as construction and implementation of the main roads,bridges and related facilities related to investment and development,weak pipeline project management,tourism hotel management,cultural industry investment,Building materials production,food processing,property management,and other fields.Based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic and foreign enterprise development strategy research,combined with the actual situation of Nanning CJ Investment Group,this paper analyzes the current strategy of Nanning CJ Investment Group,and compares it with other enterprises.Using SWOT analysis method,Development strategy environment analysis means to carry out quantitative analysis and evaluation,find the shortcomings and analysis of its causes,on the basis of Nanning CJ Investment Group’s future development strategy formulation proposed program.This paper argues that CJ Investment Group is currently in the internal and external environment,therefore,CJ Group should establish the development strategy,and from several aspects to take measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
