The Study Of The Progress Management Of UHSS Construction Project In SG Company

Following all social energy conservation and environmental protection continuing to strengthen,lightweight of Automobile has been a future trend on auto industry.On the one side,it can reduce fuel consumption to improve vehicle dynamic quality;on the other side,it can lessen fossil energy consumption and CO2 displacement.Researches show that vehicle weight decreased by 10%,fuel consumption can be reduced by 6%-8%,CO2 can be released by 13%.Using high strength automobile plate can decrease vehicle weight on condition of assurance of vehicle strength and safety.So it is popular at home and abroad iron and steel company.By careful investigation and survey,SG board of directors decided to establish high strength automobile plate engineering program to produce 440-1470Mpa grade high strength steel on July 4^th,2013.The progress management runs through the whole project,is the main line of the project management,the others,like quality management,purchasing management,risk management,funds management,must refer to the whole progress plan for their plan and tasks.The scientific progress control makes the whole project run reasonably and orderly,optimize the progress,quality and cost.At present project progress tardiness is general civil problem,which is caused by improper organization,unreasonable resource distribution,lack of plans and fault calculation.Depending on SG UHSS project,from the point of proprietor,to study systematically project progress management.Firstly,project progress management theory is studied systematically;secondly on the basis of planed steps,to resolve,refine and rank job order,estimate each job time of duration,and finally to form a whole progress plan of UHSS project and recognize a critical path.Aim at features of UHSS project implementation phase,to design an effective control system,progress dynamic control system and risk management system in order to ensure to ultimately realize plan target.By the aforementioned work,to set up a system progress control way from plan to implement,which can guide the next step of UHSS progress control,and take examples for other project programs that adopt the owner responsibility system model.
