In recent years,with the fast development of domestic economy,the electrical steel products developed rapidly.But because of excessive growth of production capacity,resulting in over product over supply,the competition in marketing become increasingly fierce.With the promulgation and implementation of the relevant energy-saving and emission reduction policies,the Chinese government will further eliminate the backward technology,control the scale of growth,improve the quality of product,promote the energy saving environmental protection and other aspects to strengthen and improve the market environmental protection and other aspects to strengthen and improve the market environmental of electrical steel industry.QG company will be built into a fine plate production base of SG for market demand,electrical steel,as the most difficult,the highest technical in the iron and steel products,QG invest 14 billion to build the base of electrical steel production.But in the face of increasingly fierce market competition environment,it is necessary to develop detailed product competition strategy to adapt to the market environment.In this paper,by using the strategic management theory and the SWOT analysis method,analyzed the industry environment,the key success factors,and the competition characteristics of the industry,determined the development opportunities and threats of electrical steel products,to the enterprise,carried on the analysis and evaluation to the enterprise internal production facilities,production capacity,product positioning and comprehensive strength,clear about the internal strengths and weaknesses for the development of the electrical steel products,and on the basis put forward the competitive strategy of electrical steel products.According to company status and competitive position in the industry,and in the electrical steel products competitive strategy,proposed the implementation of differentiation strategy to improve electrical steel products in the market competitiveness.In a competitive strategy to optimize the value chain through value-added activities associated with the differentiation strategy,effectively enhance brand image.Enhanced by technological innovation and market acceptance of new products,changes in marketing concepts,increase market development efforts,increase market share.
