Research On Risk Management Of National Chemical Equity Acquisition

Economic agents in order to obtain more benefits and part of the income of the existing process is transformed into capital investment.As long as there will be investment risk,the risk exists in any form of investment activities,the risks and benefits of interdependence and common action.National Chemical ongoing share purchase program,making Baosteel technical more and more attention the management of project risk investing.So,for how to control investment risks to a minimum to maximize the efficiency of enterprises,And based on the theory of risk management,this paper research the risk management of National Chemical Equity Acquisition project.Firstly,this paper analysis the significance of the research background National Chemical Equity Acquisition project,and analysis of relevant theory and research status at home and abroad for project risk management.Secondly,according to the National Chemical equity acquisition project itself,this paper from environmental risk,economic risk,technology risk,management risk and other risks and other aspects of the risk of the project were identified risk factors obtained 17 indicators.Thrid,based on these risk factors indicators,we use AHP estimates its risk.National Chemical Equity Acquisition project with high risk factors,moderate risk factor,low-risk factors and minor risk factors.Fourth,according to the results of estimation,we propose appropriate risk control strategies,and made a series of control measures.Finally,a brief summary of the main results of this study,and pointed out the lack of this study and the future research of this paper in theory and practice.
