During the past 10 years,photovoltaic manufacturing,as a sunrise industry,experienced explosive growth.On one hand,domestic local government strived to develop photovoltaic industrial parks,which caused serious surplus in output.On the other hand,the US,EU,etc launched anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations into photovoltaic products,which caused the market shrank constantly.Under the environment of such fierce competition,in order to maintain existing market share and get more profits to ensure long-term sustainable development,enterprises need to produce products with high quality and stable technical performance,and also to reduce costs and release new products.As the spot where directly manufactured and new products incubated,which need on-site managers combine production elements(people,machine,materials,method,environment,and information),to achieve the long-term development of enterprise,to keep growth stability and efficiency.What's more,along with the development and application of new technology,devices and tools,photovoltaic production methods are changing to machinery automation which is more automated and smart instead of hand operation.Human resources flow quickly and the requirement of different ages changes which also increase the uncertainty and complexity of between elements of an enterprise.However,with the development of on-site management theory and information technology,on-site administrators can choose proper methods and tools which are suitable for their enterprise to optimize and improve the issue of production spot combining with on-site management theory knowledge and management methods.Given this background,this paper takes J Company as the research object,analyzing previous cases from the point view of department managers.It specifically analyzes J Company's issues in four aspects,including new product promotion,inter-department on-site communication,exception handling and anti-error system construction,and how to use on-site data to make scientific decision.It also talks about how J Company uses production on-site management improvement theory and methods to bring forward ways to solve the problems.This paper mainly consists of 6 parts.In the first part,it introduces the background information,purpose and significance of the research,and main content and the newest research findings home and abroad to this kind problem.In the second part,it mainly talks about the development of on-site management theories,and what principles and methods on-site management should obey.In the third part,this paper makes an introduction on and analyses J Company's production on-site management and existing problems by analyzing on-site production elements,finding out what problems exist in the production spot.In the fourth part,combined with on-site management theory,it proposes corresponding solutions to J Company's existing on-site problems.In the fifth part,it will compare and make a conclusion on J Company's production on-site optimization effects.Lastly,summarizing and analyzing its successful points,innovation and deficiencies.
