Since the 21 st century,benefit from the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated integration of the global economy,the pursuit of clean energy and high-tech materials has greatly influenced the development of petrochemical industry.Under the shadow of US mortgage crisis from 2008,global economic downturn,it brings too much trouble to the chemical industry and its equipment industry,such as increasingly-uncertainty market,frequently-changing and harsh demands,increasingly fierce competition,increasingly pressure from the public and shortening the product life cycle.While this industry competition presents elimination trend,it bases on the operation management& technology core competitiveness.Only-site company is one of the trade small-equipment productor,not noly the present business process split,disfluency and inefficient operation seriously,but also the same time facing the fierce competition,company had to readjust the strategy and business planning.It's the great significance that it concerns the enterprise's survival and long-term development,and it's the key time that we start the research on the business process reengineering.It's the business process reegineering direct goal and the ulitimate goal,that it seeks to raise the Only-site company overall value.During the reegineering,we also expect to achieve: promoting the business process self-drive,driving the transformation of organizational structure and management mechanism,enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise,establishing a new working mode for operation efficiency,promoting the enterprises' transformation for learning organizations and so on.Firstly,this paper introduces the business process optimization and business process management relative research,and introduces the the research status of value chain theory and business process reengineering theory at home and abroad.In the relative theory chapter,it introduces the business process concepts and classification method,summarizes the theory of value chain and the theory of business process reengineering(BPR).After the introduction of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,its analysis is found that the whole business level no-value-chain's guidance,and the internal business process no-value consciousness,business process un-comprehensive detailed,un-reasonable business process classification analysis and so on.In the resesrch analysis stage,firstly we analyzed the enterprise objectives,business process management model and detail trouble issue of past business process,secondly analyzed the value chain of business process: key driven business processes and new business processes(these should be developed in response to strategies),defined the core business process,finally we counted the business process trouble issues that need to be solved in following.In the design stage of the reengineering scheme,we classified all the business process(trouble issue),and arranged twice in sequence and different levels of business process reengineering plan and done perfect detail-key-setting for the relative business process,and finished optimization relative support's process.In order to carry out smoothly,we brought four safeguard measures for BPR.In finally,it found research target achieved and the future research foucs.Based on the business process reengineering research of Only-site company,this paper helps the company through the business process reengineering achieve those objectives: reducing the operating cost and improving the resource optimization and utilization rate,enhancing the core competitiveness of the company,and finally it has good reference value for Only-site business operation management.At the same time,it is necessary to provide certain reference value for the business process reengineering of similar small and medium-sized equipment enterprises engaged in similar business.
