The Research On Project Quality Management Of N-Type Automobile Dashboard Development

The research of project management, has become one of the major fields of study in today’s world, in the field of automotive industry are widely used. With the development of domestic auto industry, the market competition becomes increasingly fierce, the project quality requirements are also getting higher and higher. The current domestic automobile manufacturing project quality management present situation, the management level compared with the developed countries still exist in the larger gap, and car production compared with no corresponding. Lack of quality control in the process of project development, due to quality problems caused a lot of the entire project failure cases. Therefore, it is necessary to study the project quality management in automotive industry.In this paper, taking the N automobile instrument project as an example, combined with the actual project management process, the project quality management theory and therelated quality tools, to study the activities of quality management throughout the project. According to the project management process of product development, the project can be divided into the following phases:phase of the project, product design verification stage, batch trial stage and mass production stage. At the same time, in each stage of project development, introduces the supplier quality management, quality management and effective extension to the supplier.The aim of this paper is to clarify the basic idea of automobile manufacturing enterprise in project quality management, put forward to the supplier quality control as the focus of the management concept of assembly oriented enterprise, also hope to be able to provide guidance and reference value for the same industry of China,enhance the quality of management level.
