Non-oriented silicon steel is a kind of indispensable functional material to various of electronic machines.Gross National Product and the rate of consumption of silicon steel is direct proportion relation,in the ordinary,a country,s output of silicon steel is 0.8%?1.3%of the total output of the steel.With the development of power industry and the continuous improvement of living standard,the demand of non-oriented silicon steel is increasing.Non-oriented silicon steel of BaoSteel have been produced more then eleven years,and the wheat output of non-oriented silicon steel are moer then 119 million tons.These years,the development of power industry is to slow down,and the steel market glide down fast.However,due to various factors,the improvement of the finish weigth of non-oriented silicon steel production face a series of bottlenecks,and the finish weigth of non-oriented silicon steel should be reductioned of cost quickly which is one of the most effective measures to make profit.There have been four Silicon steel continuous lines put into production since Year 2000 to 2008.According to the news hot of the press,BaoSteel is going to established the fifth Silicon steel continuous lines.Project proposal and implementation plan was draw up on the basis of clearing the project requirements and objectives,and with the usage of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC management tools.And project project team used Six Sigma project management tools,juest like mathematical statistical analysis to verify the key factors of increased the finished weight of non-oriented silicon steelin the analysis phase.And these factors was verified with experiments in the following implementation,and the new technology was implemented finally and the sigma level of process capability was Evaluated.Finally,the promotional value of the conclusion was prospected.
