China Iron and Steel Industry had already shaken off the Shortage situation after several decades of development. In recent years, major iron and steel enterprises in the country is looking for acquisition M & A targets, in order to expand their own production. Since 2005, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "iron and steel industry development policy" since the beginning of a major enterprise in the field of high-end products of fierce competition. Such as silicon steel-for, silicon steel market has now formed a highly excessive monopoly. The content and the results of this paper can be induced in three parts as follows. At first, the theory of industry organization is analyzed, and the content and aim of this paper is established. The product status in quo, demand status in quo and the market structure of WISCO Silicon are analyzed by combining the theory of market structure.Then, in the second part, the status of the structure of the products of WISCO Silicon Steel Sheet is analyzed by the author, and the competitive status of WISCO. and the competitive status of it's products in Chinese Silicon steel market are also analyzed properly. The main conclusions in this part are: 1) market-leading-product, market-participant-product and market-henchman- product are defined as three basic types of the competitive status of enterprise's products. The competitive status of varieties of products and the competitive status of the related product-group of WISCO are quantitatively analyzed; 2) the competitive status of WISCO's products are upper as a whole.In the third part, base on the upwards research and game theory, the competitive relation of WISCO in the market structure is analyzed by using Cournot game theory and supply some advices to WISCO for competing with other corporation. In addition, in allusion to R&D strategy, how to choose the strategy of WISCO for the most returns is analyzed by using Cournot game theory.
