| As the downstream cans line production rate has increased rapidly in recent years,customer’s demands on tin products’ shape has become more and more critical.The original production level can’t meet the requirements any more,which makes improving product quality of strip shape imminent.Six Sigma is the principle and also the technology to improve the enterprises management process quality strictly,concentratedly and effectively.With "Zero Defect" pursuit,it can reduce the quality cost greatly,and as a result,it promotes the financial effect and achieves the breakthrough of enterprises.This paper is a research which targeting at one production line of tinned plate in BG,using the Six Sigma Management Theory,to improve the shape quality of tin plate.First,the paper uses the literature study,searching dozens of documents to get insight into the theory.Second,it uses the observation,empirical study to investigate the present situation of the quality of the product shape empirical research method,the definite and measure the tin plate shape with the method of quantitative analysis.It uses the Six Sigma to analysis the potential causes which may affect the shape.In the stage of analysis and improvement,the improvement measures are concluded by using the empirical research and observation to verify the fundamental reasons which influences the plate shape.Finally,through the implementation of improvement measures,the achievements of improvement are consolidated and it puts forward the final improvement scheme.In this paper,using the Six Sigma theory and combining theory with practice,it helps the company improve the control level of tin plate shape in BG in order to reduce users’ complain.The paper is also a research subject based on the Six Sigma project,using the analysis and improvement tools of Six Sigma to improve the quality of tin products.And it also provides the corresponding control improvement experience to other production lines.The paper is the strong theoretical basis for controlling the shape of tin plate in actual work by using the DMAIC procedure and it finds the critical factors,then it determines the improvement scheme to help people control the shape quality of tin plate,and as a result,it reduces users’ complain. |
