Research On Profit Distribution Mechanism In Farming-supermarket Docking Supply Chain

In recent years, the agricultural products are lack of stability of quality and price, which shows that the traditional ways of circulation seriously affect the stability and reliability of fresh agricultural producing market. In order to change this situation, the government began to promote a "Farming-Supermarket Docking" mode vigorously since 2008. Farming-Supermarket Docking, as a new way of circulation, can help to solve the problem of high cost of circulation and high prices of the agricultural products, to ensure the quality of agricultural products, and finally to achieve win-win among business, farmers and consumers.The profit distribution is the key issue to enterprises in the Farming-Supermarket Docking Supply Chain. A scientific and reasonable profit distribution mechanism, which can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of the participants, can help to establish a stable and long--term strategic partnership.Taking the "farmer+cooperative+supermarket" mode as an example, the theoretical foundation of the profit distribution is discussed in this paper. According to the related literatures and investigation, the key influence factors of profit distribution are identified. Furthermore, the profit distribution mechanism among participants in the type of agricultural products retailers leading Farming-Supermarket Docking Supply Chain is constructed. In this part, the risk, effort level, quality benefit contribution is considered in the modified model based on the Shapley method. Then it puts forward a feedback mechanism for profit distribution and the contract design. Finally, a designed case is adopted to display the whole process of profit distribution.The profit distribution mechanism in Farming-Supermarket Docking Supply Chain is mainly discussed in this paper, and this has certain theoretical and practical significance of the FarmingSupermarket Docking Supply Chain.
