As the retail industry continues to change, the ’Farming-Supermarket Docking1 retail model emerges, in order to meet people’s increasing demand for convenience and solve farmers’incomes problems, meanwhile to ensure the quality control of agricultural products. In recent years, the Chinese Government has issued a number of policies to support the building of ’Farming-Supermarket Docking’. But in the process of rapid development, numerous problems come out, especially the excessive consumption of agricultural products caused by the low logistics service as well as the instability of ’Farming-Supermarket Docking’ relationship. In terms of the members of ’Farming-Supermarket Docking’ supply chain, the agricultural third party logistics is lacking of impetus of the improvement of the logistics service level, and the rural cooperatives cannot get reasonable distribution of profits because of the supermarket’s mighty rule. These two points bring about hinders of the continued cooperation. In terms of the overall supply chain, the supermarket, the rural cooperatives and third party logistics are short of the overall collaboration spirit. They just consider maximizing their own profits, and cannot learn from each other and share the resources. All greatly lowers market competitiveness of the China ’Farming-Supermarket Docking’.By constructing a supply chain among the chain hypermarket, a professional agricultural products third party logistics, a rural cooperative and consumers, the article analyzes the competition and cooperation relationship among all members in this ’Farming-Supermarket Docking’, compares the changes of the indicators under different policies, and further study of the income distribution mechanism of the three supply chain members. The researching works have shown that in conditions of the improvements of the logistics service levels, the quantity of agricultural products, as well as the total supply chain profits would climb; and in conditions of the cooperative decision-making, the demands for agricultural products and the total supply chain profits will enhance compared with those under independent decision-making. In addition, the establishment of the effective profit allocation mechanism is the best way to solve the internal contradictions of supply chain and the necessary prerequisite for the stable and sustainable development of ’Farming-Supermarket Docking’.
