The business environment has been changed over the past a few years.Following the business structure changes,more international enterprise commence to invest in Chinese market.Within these international business,some small and middle sized companies at Northeast area had been hit by slow down economic growth in China.At the same time,after one generation hard working,the family business raise some problems need to solve,such as the successor selection,the selection criteria and its training plan etc.Currently it has no clear successor selection criteria at middle and large size business in Chinese market.Most likely it is not capable to estimate the training direction and majority businesses do not have risk management in this aspect.That includes the director of Wanda Group Jianlin Wang,who is also confused for his future belonging.There are few cases related to top manager selection standards in China.In fact,there has not yet been a unified set of top manager selection and training standards.Consequently,the research in this field is still insufficient.The author reviews a series of literature,and screens out those authoritative standards.To solve above problem,this essay takes the case of Harbin Meilongda Technology Pty Ltd(ME)which is a small sized business and invested by US capital as of the example to do further analysis in regards to above.ME does not have direct second generations work within the business,therefore,many problems have been thus incurred.Concerning dilemmas facing enterprises' internal top manager selection,a case is chosen for in-depth research.Selection plans are evaluated and the training plan is proposed for the top manager.Through comparison of models,the optimal implementation scheme is chosen.InNortheast China,training of the service industry is backward.Small and micro businesses of the similar kind are in the majority.Offspring of many business founders are not at home and even reluctant to carry on business of the older generation.Without proper successors,many of these businesses are faced with bankruptcy.Having no choice,they can just select an top manager from or outside their family or organization.It is going to provide examples and solutions for similar cases in Chinese market support by the analysis of business model comparison.
