In recent years,the financial system is constantly being reformed,foreign banks keep coming in China,the regulatory environment is getting tougher and the number of banks is increasing,all these have made the competition among commercial banks increasingly fierce.The rise of Internet finance not only exerts great pressure on traditional financial institutions and traditional wealth management services,but also forces traditional financial institutions to change their mindset and improve their services.The customers' financial needs are so diversified that the financial services are playing an increasingly prominent role in the numerous businesses of commercial banks.At the same time,the importance of wealth manager talent is also self-evident.Talent is the core of the competitiveness of commercial banks,and it is the most direct and effective way for commercial banks that conducting the scientific and effective management and training on the existing or new financial managers to obtain excellent financial talents.Training can effectively improve the professional skills and professional quality of financial managers,and only in this way can they better meet the financial needs of customers and bring them better service experience,so as to promote the development of financial services and enhance the overall competitiveness of commercial Banks.This article selects the Pudong Bank of Changchun branch as the main research subject and a national joint-stock commercial bank,the financial manager training work of Pudong Bank of Changchun branch has not a complete system of training plan for some subjective and objective reasons.And this has seriously restricted the development of the financial manager training of Pudong Bank of Changchun branch and its market competitiveness.Therefore,I hope this paper can define the competency characteristics of financial managers in Pudong Bank and finish the analysis of training needs of the financial manager under the guidance of Competency Model and related theory,then complete the training result evaluation by using the Kirkpatrick Model to perfect the finance manager training system in Pudong Bank ofChangchun branch and ensure the effectiveness of wealth managers training work in the meantime.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters.The first part is the introduction,the background and significance of this research,research methods and the content are mainly introduced in this chapter,as well as the theoretical basis and literature review;The second chapter firstly introduces the general situation of Pudong bank of Changchun branch,and according to the current situation of research subject of the training finance manager of Pudong Bank of Changchun branch to find out the problems in the training,then analyze the reasons of these problems.The third chapter designs and optimizes the financial manager training system of Pudong Bank of Changchun branch based on the actual situation of the financial manager and the development needs of the bank.First of all,confirms the training needs of wealth managers under the guidance of the Competency Model and the characteristics of Pudong Bank of Changchun branch finance manager,then designs the training plan,implementation plan and evaluation plan;The fourth chapter proposes the corresponding organizational,institutional and capital safeguard measures for the financial manager training system of Pudong Bank of Changchun branch established in the previous chapter.Finally,the results of this study will be summarized and summarized.By studying the problems existing in the training of financial managers in the Changchun branch of Pudong Bank and thinking about the design of its training system,I hope to bring some enlightenment to the training of financial managers in other commercial banks in the industry.
