The Research Of Network Relationship Strength,Opportunistic Behavior And Stakeholders Of CoPS Innoviation Risk

In recent years,China has made remarkable achievements in complex product system innovation,such as China's high-speed rail out of the country.However,with the rapid development of complex product system,due to the network relationship problem of stakeholders,the risk of complex product innovation process was frequently happened.Therefore,this study aims to reveal the CoPS innovation risk caused by the network relationship strength,which provides theoretical guidance for the system integrators.The lack of existing research to reveal the mechanism of CoPS innovation risk generated from the perspective of network,the relationship between thenetwork strength with CoPS innovation risk has not been unified conclusion,that there may be a black box in the middle.In this paper,we construct a logical chain of "CoPS innovation risk",which is based on the literature review.At the same time,in order to study the difference of the risk generation mechanism between the nodes in the network,this paper introduces the control variables of the rights of stakeholders.Using the method of questionnaire investigation,the first small sample survey to test the questionnaire,and then launched a large sample empirical,through correlation analysis and regression analysis(SPSS),for users,employees,subcontractors and cooperative organizations four stakeholders were carried out empirical test,and the results were compared with the existing theory.The research results confirm the existence of the risk generation mechanism of "network relationship strength-opportunism behavior-CoPS innovation risk",and the control variables(stakeholder attributes)have different effects on the logical chain.The main conclusions are as follows:network relationship strength and CoPS innovation risk is U type relationship.The relationship between the strength of the network and the opportunism behavior is U type.Opportunism behavior plays an intermediary role between the strength of network relationship and the risk of CoPS innovation.Interactive frequency and CoPS innovation risk is significantly negatively correlated.The innovation risk of intermediate type of stakeholders is greater than that of other stakeholders.But in terms of resources and reciprocal difference between different stakeholders.Employees and partners invest their resources and CoPS innovation risk is u-shaped relation,and the user and the subcontractor's resources and CoPS innovation risk significantly negative correlation.Employees' reciprocity and CoPS innovation risk significantly negative correlation,customers,subcontractors and partners of reciprocity and u-shaped relationship to the CoPS innovation risk.Research innovation point lies in the social network theory and the nature of the combination of stakeholders,according to the properties of different stakeholders,to explore different stakeholders attribute in the network relation intensity,opportunistic behavior and risk of CoPS innovation relations and using the methods of large sample to test.
